
Designed for real bodies, real lives—and starting exactly where you are.
This 3-week series offers a gentle, supportive foundation in yoga, designed for those who are new, returning to practice, or seeking a more mindful and accessible way to move and breathe.
There is no need to be flexible or have any prior experience. In all of my classes, I invite everyone to be supportive of one another, helping to create a warm and welcoming space for all.
Each class invites you to move at your own pace, with an emphasis on safety, comfort, and listening to your body. We will explore simple, foundational movements, breath awareness, and basic alignment in a way that supports ease and confidence.
Over the three weeks, you will have the opportunity to:
• Build strength and mobility in a gradual, supportive way
• Improve balance and stability
• Learn how to move safely with attention to alignment
• Develop a deeper awareness of your breath and body
• Experience the calming, restorative benefits of a regular practice
This is not about achieving perfect poses.
It is about learning to listen—
to your body,
to your breath,
and to what feels right for you.
Classes may include both chair and gentle mat-based options, with modifications offered throughout so you can choose what best supports you.
You are always encouraged to rest when needed and to honor your body as it is on any given day.
